the information of Secretary For John Padington that my Lords have authorized the Paymaster Feneral to issue

P. Imith Esq. of the Colonial Office, the sum of £1.10.0, the amount of Stamp Duty payable on a Warrant under the Royal sign Manuel appointing the Reverend S W. Steedman, to be Colonial Chaplain at Hong Kong,

and in repayment of a similar Amount paid into the Commissarial rivale Esq.
